Connect the Dots provides support to cultural organisations in the areas of evaluation, audience research, resource development, project design and delivery.
Achievements include establishing the highly successful Kids in Museums’ Takeover Day in England and Wales, supporting multi-million-pound NLHF funding bids through the development of Activity Plans and undertaking numerous evaluations and audience research projects.
Based in Cornwall and working across the UK, the company is led by Jenifer Macindoe, an arts and heritage consultant with two decades of sector experience and a lifelong desire to help people connect with arts and heritage.
My work helps organisations put audiences at the heart of what they do. Over the years I’ve been privileged to work with a diversity of museums, galleries and cultural organisations and I’m equally as effective working with large nationals as with small teams and local venues.

I’m naturally curious and thrive on the challenge of helping you understand more about your audiences and their experiences, crucially identifying what this means for you when it matters most.
